Chelsie Kirkey (b. 1987, Galesburg, IL) lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. She received her bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University. Kirkey has had solo shows at Taymour Grahne Projects, London and The Factory, Seattle, WA. She has also participated in group shows at Auxier Klein, New York, NY, Thierry Goldberg Gallery, New York, NY, Hashimoto Gallery, Los Angeles, CA, Mana Contemporary, New York, NY, F2T Gallery, Milan, Martha’s Contemporary, Austin, TX, amongst others. Her work has been published in Ramen Forever: An Artist’s Guide to Ramen and NSFW.
